We have insanely good benefits. We're paid fairly, but on top of it, the company takes PTO needs seriously (managers will remind you if you haven't taken some in a while!) and our benefits offerings are truly second to none.

The compensation package is competitive and it's the first company I've worked for that gives out bonuses every year. In addition, HS2 covers 100% premiums for health insurance for employees, provides take-what-you-need vacation, and offers liberal benefits for training and continuing education.
My salary is at the very bottom of my position's salary range and there has been no option for promotion and raises have been small or none. I would feel better if I was compensated for my merit and my experience.
