Disappointed. They talk a big game about inclusivity and diversity and say they want everyone to feel safe and comfortable speaking up but the truth is, they don't. I feel shut down and unsupported by management. Hiring a diversity person and providing juvenile activities doesn't solve the problem.

Everyone seemed smart and friendly and inclusive.

Regular raises and take as you go time off.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A collaborative process needs to come from management. There are some smart people here, but a lot of people think this is high school instead of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I wish I could feel like we give 100 percent to our clients but it seems like it's more about show than following a process and allowing employees to use their experience and expertise.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not putting people in management roles who don't know what they are doing. Also, the constant political messaging coming from the new "diversity officer" is really distracting and inflammatory. Focus on the work and less on "culture."
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That's the thing- they shove "positivity" down your throat. Everything is always great and watch out if you have an issue or a question. They pretend they want you to speak your mind, but if it's not positive, they don't be want to hear it.
