The kids can be so fun and weird and just cool to be around
The children are pretty positive after snack time but that's about it.
We try to lead by example. Showing kids how to cooperate and be kind to others begins with us.

The team was tight, they loved on kiddos and made things happen for them even though we were short staffed always. WE all came to gather as a TEAM and made it happen
leadership is amazing, the staff is great and the opportunities are endless
The people actually working with the kids are generally great; it's corporate that creates and feeds a toxic work culture
