Really smart, inspired, creative and capable people work here. The work itself is super engaging. It can be fast-paced, but as someone who has worked here since 2015, I can say that everything is much more relaxed than it was in those days.

Great people, managers that'll fight for you, hard working, stepping stone to the next "big" job.

I think Brafton leadership recognizes that compensation levels need some improvement. In my time at the company, they've come a long way, but still have a ways to go - especially as clients expect smarter, and higher-quality content marketing strategies.
