What did you like most about the interview process?Friendly and fast but realistic
What makes you most happy at work?Sense of accomplishing something as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?A team that looks out for eachother
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Pay the people who work the hardest and have been loyal to your company. Give them titles they deserve. Do not minimize there daily stresses on the job because a allocation of resources spreadsheet says that someone shouldnt be overworked/stressed about completing work on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They overwork and underpay a lot of people. The tradeoff is that you get a ton of experience and training. I know many people who have left for huge career bumps. They may monetarily undervalue their employees but some of the managers/directors will really go to bat for their teams.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? My salary is decent but for the high amount of work I do I'd like to earn more.
