Ready to listen and respond at all times
They listen. It's a very open-door policy and I've never found myself in a situation where executives felt out of reach.
The managers & directors will fight for their teams to be paid fairly (usually). The c-level suite of leadership are what stalwarts the process. Because of their positions, they don't seem to be connected/empathetic to the day to day struggles their employees face due to lack of resources/
Open door policy, accessible to all employees at every level

base is fair, PTO is great
Generous PTO, good health benefits, 401k matching, competitive pay
I think Brafton leadership recognizes that compensation levels need some improvement. In my time at the company, they've come a long way, but still have a ways to go - especially as clients expect smarter, and higher-quality content marketing strategies.
They overwork and underpay a lot of people. The tradeoff is that you get a ton of experience and training. I know many people who have left for huge career bumps. They may monetarily undervalue their employees but some of the managers/directors will really go to bat for their teams.
My salary is decent but for the high amount of work I do I'd like to earn more.
Smart and responsive people in every role
They're supportive. There are no egos or any airs of self-importance despite the fact that I work with some of the smartest, most autonomous, capable professionals I've encountered anywhere.
Smart hardworking and talented. We probably have the most multi-faceted team in the company.

A team that looks out for eachother
Super flexible work locations. I've moved three times and Brafton has literally incorporated in other states to retain me.
Everyone is under stress due to the nature of the job (lots of work to do with constant deadlines) but still people joke and chat and there is a good sense of camaraderie like we are in it together. People genuinely like to keep learning and perfecting their skills too

Sense of accomplishing something as a team.
Seeing the value of my work. That partly comes down to management recognizing my accomplishments, and partly just the nature of what we do as a company. Everything we create is tracked against KPIs, and it's rewarding to see that work make a difference for clients.
I love learning, growing and taking on lots of responsibility because the days fly by and I'm better for all the hard work.
Pay the people who work the hardest and have been loyal to your company. Give them titles they deserve. Do not minimize there daily stresses on the job because a allocation of resources spreadsheet says that someone shouldnt be overworked/stressed about completing work on time.
