Flatten the hierarchy or management and reduce bottle necks. Create more agile teams that will work in unison together and provide surprise incentives to award top performing teams. Agile teams can be more specialized or generalized. Better track employee performance metrics for the good and bad

Brainlab executive and leadership calls other competitors hiring managers to demand that they stop hiring Brainlab employees.

non-transparent and not open. but you can somehow know the unfairness around you.

I have been an employee with this company for almost 16 years. I have been retaliated against by VPs. I would like equal compensation based on achievements not political status.

The company needs to compensate their employees fairly.

Be more serious about your job.

More training to managers on facilitation techniques/leadership skills. They should implement a phychological metric such as The Predictive index in order to understand each employee's motivational needs. Provide a clear vision of the company and stay consistent with corporate values.
