Benefits are as good as it gets and offered right away. Starting pay is already the best in the business with easily achievable pay raises to keep motivated

I truly feel like the work I put in is not recognized or even appreciated most days. It bothers me personally to see someone bullied and that is what's happening to the night shift manager. It has become a hostile work environment. Due to our store manager. Our leader.
Clarissa Wagnon gives special treatment to her favorite employees, magority of them being hispanic. She schedules the same people every week and they get hours but most employees have way less hours or none at all. It would make me feel better if there was decent human with common sense in charge.

I definitely feel undervalued. I work really hard harder than most management and still have not gotten a store of my own and I am way underpaid for the amount of job that I do. I work in the position of four different people at one time and don't make enough money,
The job is understaffed and i am expected to work two shifts while on the job and stay longer when not sceduled longer
A raise ir promotion for all my hard work and overtime i work and being called in on my only 2 days off a week
Currently the night and morning supervisors paid differently. I have been both. Braums believes for some reason the night supervisor job is harder & therefore this job pays a minimum of .50 cents more an hour and gets monthly bonus on sales. Morning supervisor paid less not eligible for bonus
Morning supervisors work just as hard as night supervisors. Pay should be equal
Undervalued, ignored, treated as a problem if try to address issues. Upper mgmt just wants to be left alone. You are on your own with no support but dont reach out because retailiation will come. Miserable environment can't enforce basic rules
Respect and value for people
If you are going to have everyone quit and leave few experienced people, give them a bonus. They are picking up all the slack and arent really being acknowledged (managers still complain) . Managers half joke about quitting. Im talking in place of people scared to lose their jobs in a pandemic.
Long hours with not enough breaks. Should treat employees better.
