- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I love how everyone gets into the holidays here, its my favirote part everyone gets together at night and decorates for the next day. They creating of custom drinks, i love it.
- What are some of the best things about your team?Everyone there flows together very well, everyone helps eachother and over all good vibes around, wonderful morale. Most of the time very upbeat. I truly enjoy being apart of this team with the exception of one person.
- What do you like best about the leadership team?Our leaders are great but they have their favirotes and that can be tricky when in a leadership role. Theres no actual authority or standards for people.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay me hourly , keep your benefits they do nothing for anyone anyway.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Reestablish guest relationships. We used to have regulars that would come in and ask about managers and service staff by name. That doesn't happen anymore. Table touches are nonexistent until there is a problem and they ask for a manager or the server advocates for themselves and the table.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Not being liars who tell people to quit if they don't like them and explicitly stating that everyone is replaceable and nobody is an important part of the team.
