They're all here for eachother; I still recall that during my onboarding, not only my manager made sure she was training me, but the entire team was here to offer their support and tells you how good they are; They are people you can trust and succeed with, and I couldn't ask for better.
I do have a new team. Training is needed to get them up -to speed in order to provide the best customer service experience. The great thing about my team is that they have a good attitude and will do their best to help us achieve our goals. Training will take us further, but attitude is the key.
