I believe our yearly evaluations could be better. From information provided, a rating of 3 is the "norm" therefore the amount for our yearly raise is minimum. It would also be nice to have bonus incentives.
Due to repairs and removal of mold in our building, I still work remotely so environment does not apply. Even when working at a physical office, we have minimum number of employees and there is very little interaction. It is a disadvantage for myself compared to CSR's that physically working at hub
