I am a very new employee of Brenntag but the leadership team has made my transition into the company and my job seamless. Every leader I've interacted with has been supportive and welcoming.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a mom and wife, my family is my top priority. My top requirement when considering a new company was work/life balance and culture around "working moms". Brenntag has done an amazing job at enabling and encouraging an inclusive and supportive culture.
