I've just passed my first month and this might be one of the best experiences i've had when it comes to stability and integration of a new hire in a company; I feel like I belong here and I'm always kept in the loop even when I was still in training. and it felt good. Very healthy environment, no toxicity at all when it comes to the teams and how people interact with eachother

Insurance started as soon as I started work; Didn't have to wait to get it and it's something I really appreciate it - plus I feel like I'm getting paid fairly
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They really care about you as a person; they care about your success as well as the company's success. I never felt left out and my questions were always answered, no matter what.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all here for eachother; I still recall that during my onboarding, not only my manager made sure she was training me, but the entire team was here to offer their support and tells you how good they are; They are people you can trust and succeed with, and I couldn't ask for better.
