Our company culture is based on entrepreneurship and taking control of your career. If you want to learn something (within the scope of your job) you will be supported by your direct manager. Our culture is open communication and the freedom to make your career your own.

I got to meet the team right away and see if I would be a good culture fit for the job. Its one thing to fit the requirements of the role, but another if you like the team you are about to work with for the coming years.
