Lots of change however some of the change hasn't been taken positively by employees and this is due to harmonizing departments and company practices which aren't as good as what some ROCs already offer so feels like a lot has been getting taken away
Feeling like I got a lot done
We work well together and help each other
Low pay deductions for insurance
We all have our strengths to make the best decisions
Working remote when I can and hope it doesn't go away
Don't have many co-workers but the few I partner with I get along well
3 weeks vacation at 2 years employment. Profit sharing and 401k match. Variety of healthcare options
Accomplishing tasks however I don't like getting last minute projects assigned with little to no deadline
It is stable and good leadership so I don't feel like I will lose my job unless it is extreme or performance related
I like leadership at the ROC level, it gets hairier the higher up and ROC level leadership is losing more control and less involved in decisions
