Overall I enjoy what I do and where I'm doing it. However, poor performance is tolerated by some managers which is discouraging and I don't believe my salary is where it should be for what I do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all fairly upfront with each other and work hard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team cares about us as individuals and are flexible
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the work I'm doing and the people that I report directly to.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now it's more positive because we're all working from home and we don't interact face-to-face with some who are less than stellar performers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my job should be categorized as a professional but I'm hourly and feel that my salary is less than it should be for what I do and compared to others in the area.
