some of us can talk and get along but not anymore. people are worried about talking in front of others now
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
theres not much to be positive about. we are short handed and it puts strain on some of the workers. we have to stop doing one thing to help with another but we get the job done
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I have a job to do, but dont have help when i need it. the other guy in my department loads trucks or just doesnt do anything. a few days of the week i ave to help others and cnat get what i need done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
we see that drivers and csr get apreciation weeks but there is nothing for the people actually working in the plant. we have been here since day one of the pandemic and it doesnt seem like we are valued like the peop;e working from home and the drivers. There isnt any appreciation for the plant work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like i am not paid enough for the amount of work i do. I also feel like bonuses should be paid by how good your reviews are and how you work. It seems like everyone gets close to the same on bonuses unless you are management. people that do the bare minimum gets just as someone that workshard
