
I really enjoy working for Brenntag. I like the regional team and am impressed by our Global and North American Executive Team. Local (Canada) Executive tends to micro-manage.

Ownership and Accountability. Not all employees are engaged to same level which can be frustrating. Also we tend to work in silos and lack cooperation between departments

My smaller regional team truly acts like a family. We have each other's backs and we have fun. Local leadership cares about each employee and make us feel valued
There is still a gap between pay for employees who came to Brenntag via acquisition, and legacy Brenntag employees. I think that the market pay for my same role would be higher.
