Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More job responsibilities due to not hiring position vacated when coworker resigned. Working more ours to get job at level our customers deserve and not being compensated. Just overall under appreciation for CSR's in general when we keep the wheels on the bus so to speak.
