Company allowed me to be challenged beyond my comfort zone. In 7 years, I've had 4 different positions, which gave me a good perspective on several areas and built my background to get me to my current role. I do feel Brenntag runs on the thin side when it comes to resources (head count).

What makes you most happy at work?
Constant challenges and activities and several different areas under my dept.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employees, for the most part, want to get it done and get it done right!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel their hearts are in the right place. Decisions are tough, and at times I personally disagree, but I understand the complexity of the job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
From my perspective, the value I add, along with my commitment to the company and exposure my current role carries are not properly reflected in my compensation. This hasn't been a demotivation, but certainly makes me wonder how the grass looks on the side.....
