No matter what position you hold within the company, we are all treated as the same level and with respect. We have an open door policy also.

We are all in this together. Everyone is always ready to help or give suggestions for a better outcome. Always updating & improving the procedures and processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are some duties I feel that the respective departments should be handling and the position we are in we need to be very diversified in all areas of other company functions.
