The best colleagues of mine are energized, aligned in the same direction, and communicate very effectively. It is truly rewarding to work and win with these individuals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to truly care about our team. Communication is regular through national town hall meetings - time is always made for questions. Feedback seems to be taken seriously and actioned on.
