Great company to work for, i do think we are compartmentalizing ourselves to much, this does create friction due to people not being involved enough when issues arise.

The Safety culture is very important and our leaders push us to never stray from that.

They are very transparent and include us in some of the decisions that we make as a team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be more accessible, most all of the employees that are working remotely are very hard to get a hold of and they seem to not be available when needed, also we receive a lot of emails late, shows me that they are able to do their work whenever it is convenient to them.
