I like that not just one but all the leadership I have been in contact have been consistently supportive and engaged in my by business and myself.

That everyone is willing to lend a hand when needed to support the business, we might not exactly like the changes made moving forward but we all understand the benefits of taking care of the customer 1st. That leads to a very positive work atmosphere and positive outcome for the customers.
