My work impacts the direction of the company. I feel I have a direct link to the success of the organisation, and I feel capable of making a difference.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They try to be as transparent as possible and engage the business for input in key decisions. I would like them to involve me (the employee) in any changes to my role, before they are decided. Maybe ask my feelings on the changes, and not just tell me they have been made.
