Management shows and voices their appreciation of all our our efforts. We are given the tools we need to succeed!

The health care choices are varied and comparable to what most companies offer today. The amount of vacation that can be 'worked up to' is very generous.
What makes you most happy at work?
The friendly enviroment. We are treated as people, people that matter, people that have families and a life outside of work. We are appreciated! Which makes it easy to show our customers that they are appreciated!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is transparent about what is happening within the company, what the company goals are, and how we will work together to acheive those goals. They treat people as people, not numbers! It is truly a team enviroment!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly work as a team. Everyone shows appreciation for each other and cares about each other as a person. It's not a perfect team, as people are not perfect, but on whole we try our best to work through any problems, and work together to make our customer's happy.
