
Competency, Accountability, Commitment, Attitude. Too much of a "that's not my job" mentality. The organization feels completely siloed and disconnected from one another.
Lack of clarity in my role. Zero understanding of future career growth opportunities. Skillset and experience are being underutilized and unappreciated. Would feel better about compensation if I were actually compensated appropriately.
There needs to be a large overhaul with titles/compensation/responsibility. Unless you have been here 25 years or are in Sales, you will be compensated poorly, and will be undervalued/underutilized. The career path opportunities are vague, and appear non-existent.
