What did you like most about the interview process?

The interviewers were nice and listened.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The team is like a family. Everyone works well together and supports each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The provide support for employees who need help. The support environmental initiatives as well.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Engage employees to be part of the solutions. Don't deploy programs that aren't tested and don't work as that wastes energy. Allow flexibility to improve things instead of making it hard for employees to do their jobs.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees are not compensated based upon the value they bring, only how they compare against budget. Leaders provide inequitable budgets to preferred employees and burden others with higher budgets. Employees with lower performance are recognized while those who carry the organization are forgotten.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Leadership needs to integrate feedback from the stores. There is a major disconnect as senior leadership does not handle criticism at all. Middle managers are forced to absorb feedback but cannot share it with leaders. It's become a culture of fear and intimidation.
