Senior and more experienced teammates have limited upward mobility as management is trying to incentivse younger teammats to stay. There is a major gap in understanding and current management is trying to develop processes to replace experience.

The team is initially energetic and knowledgeable but corporate politics quickly douses the fire.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Senior teammates have had many tjings taken away to appease younger teammates. Retiree penson benefits have been capped and retiree healthcare is being removed in 2022.
