What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should start with learning how to be a leader not just bumping up the most senior person
What did you like most about the interview process?
There are no redeeming qualities about the hoops you must jump through in order to get the most basic entry level job
What are some of the best things about your team?
The guys in the back are an excellent team. just like anywhere else egos flair up but I've got some really super guys in the back that make the day to day bearable
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Actually valuing the people that are putting in the work not just the top tier management , But the tech that missed his little boys baseball game because he needed to make rent or Service Manager who's wife would like to see him more than an hour a day
