Disappointed. There are few opportunities to learn from others and then I am denied trainings to build skills on my own. Lean organization requires me to spend a lot of my time on administrative tasks. Micromanaging to mini-projects adds no value.

Following their code of conduct. They lie to their employees regarding compensation.

Management actually following code of conduct and enforcing it for themselves and HR.

To be paid market rate. Bridgestone is under paying employees which leads to high attrition.
