In general, teammates are respectful, professional and understanding in comparison to my previous employer. However, the feeling is that no one is safe from the next realignment, shift in strategies or job elimination.
While it is important in our current environment to be fast paced and agile, we have too many competing priorities which clouds our understanding of our organizations goals. This is not a new challenge for Bridgestone but it does seem to be worse at the moment.
