They are all collaborative in nature and care about each other. We treat each other like a family and not a co-worker.

I think that the best thing about my compensation package is the ability to earn a nice bonus based off the company's achievement of financial goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe that the leadership team is transparent and honest as much as they can be. They care about me not only as an employee, but also as a person.
