The leadership team is looking to how to grow the company for the future changes including sustainability and other ways to monetize our finished goods and services we provide.

My team works well together as we think the same and are all working towards the same goal. We understand each other and what we do - when others may not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Having that team to work with and bounce ideas off of - those that understand what you do as they have the same issues. In our area, many do not understand what we do and make assumptions. Having that close team makes the days positive.
