The first 4 months has been a fast-paced learning experience. I have received all the support I could imagine from my teammates as well as colleagues across very business units and teams. I have been able to feel more and more connected while also reaching the goals I set along the way.

The individuals on my team are all self-driven problem solvers and each teammate's confidence allows all of our interactions to be fluid and enjoyable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So far I have found that the remote culture and having an understanding for working with folks in varying timezones has been significant in the ability to collaborate across departments and geographic locations.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to take on the role of motivators and enablers, which is perfect for someone like myself who likes to decide on my direction and strategize on how to reach goals. It gives the feeling of being supported while also being empowered.
