base salary and ability to be full time remote
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teammates are helpful. I have not seen the infighting, gossiping and overall extreme competitiveness among peers that I have witnessed at other employers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am working on projects and initiatives that are truly needed evidenced by managers other than myself funding my work. I also receive genuine praise for a job well done. In turn, I find myself thanking others for their assistance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that the leadership had the foresight to create contingency plans for different economic situations. When the market changed this year, we know exactly which levers were going to be pulled to adapt. My management also takes DEI and sustainability seriously. Their actions show it.
