No on-boarding, no formal processes or procedures. Poor team leadership. Speaking with teammates in other lines of business, it seems like they too are unhappy and the sentiments above bleed through the whole organization. No push to be a great employee and promotions are almost impossible.

Being in-person building relationships with colleagues.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teammates are friendly and helpful.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together & all have valuable experiences that all differ from one another. This allows us to get feedback from multiple point of view.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Currently we have no incentive to be an outstanding employee. Our bonus program is not based on performance and promotions are few and far between. This makes me question why I should continue to go above & beyond if a colleague would reap the same benefits for doing the bare minimum.
