What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fellow teammates at the store level. We seldom receive any input from upper management.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not just myself I have teammates working with me everyday making minimum wage for skilled labor.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication with their teammates. Promoting from within rather than bringing in new management from the outside. Some of us old timers have very valuable skills and insight.
