No accountability amoungst leadership, team morale low, continuously allowing team members to run the show while management point and direct. They dont held anyone accountable but preach about accountability on ATL cards that seem to be given to the same people time and time again.

To actually be spoken to like a person not a warm body
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I enjoy the Team members and being able to make light of difficult work environment.... it shouldnt be difficult though
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Accountability, showing up, running shifts on the floor not in the office. Knowing how to do the job they are asking of others. Proper training
