Interview process is not the problem. Being trained on any level is the issue

Dont want any compensation just an explanation. The level of ignorance by the management is apolling!

Great, hard working and helpful. Unlike the managment who did nothing ro contribute to training and support.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When a person is to be trained as a new employee and has been given no support or training is ridiculous. Everything that I personally had to learn was on me. Nothing provided and extremly frustrating having to navagate. Would NEVER recomend working for this company!
