The management gossip to much to others about others. Most of the employees are wonderful. I don't look forward when the gm is there.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When we all get along at times and when ever I get a thank you or good job. I never do just your never get to a 70percent
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get along with all of the front there so sweet. The back is pretty cool but I get scared when one of them start throwing. Stuff and slamming stuff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Managers don't seem to appreciate us workers. They never say thanks guys good job. I know we had a hard night it was bad but we did it. The gossiping. A lot
