Accommodating the needs of the employees and customers to make it a coherent layout and to create the most effective and sufficient work environment.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team understood the value of the work we put out and the quality of the work that needed to be done which made it even more valuable.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Perhaps a new management that has some refreshing values and actually cares about their employees and not about how much money they can or do make just by pointing a finger.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they evaluated the work load and the amount of pay for that specific work. As it is truly upsetting to see so many wonderful employees with so much potential have to work for minimum wage while they are doing more work then they need to. Truly evaluating who does what for efficiency and price.
