Stocks make a huge difference.
Total salary, bonus and other benefits
Medical, dental and pharmacy benefits are one of the best.
Medical Plan and when something happens here in our plant they always look for ways to help us.
Salary, healthcare, and maternity benefits are great

Stocks are not available at all levels. Insurance premiums and deductibles need improvement. As a major pharmaceutical company they could do better with regard to medical benefits.
Higher salary for expensive markets
Evaluations are not based on accomplishments to your yearly objectives. They are force ranked. So if everyone is amazing ; it still requires 20% to be the bottom of the Merrit pool.
