What makes you most happy at work?When I acknowledge how hard me and our team have worked, even if the value of that labor is overlooked
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We do expect a lot of respect in the workplace. We work hard at making sure our communication remains very proffessional
What are some of the best things about your team?Good people. Real people. Hard working people. Most of all, fun people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because I am in every way that actually makes meaningful impact in my life. I will give absolute loyalty when I feel taken care of. Instead I feel like I'm one slip away from ruin. As this city grows I can't even afford rent to live where I work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay rate is too low and not enough hours.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Paying people. We would have so much more employee investment I'd they felt taken care of. Focus less on the frilly parties and lunches and focus on getting salaries across the company increased.
