My overall experience at Built In has been very positive. It is a transparent, collaborative, and fast-moving environment where people are trusted to own their work. Expectations are high, but the support and clarity from leadership make it a place where you can do your best work.

A lot of my success at Built In is due to having an excellent manager. Built In hires hard-working, kind, and, highly-skilled individuals, so I enjoy my coworkers and have learned so much from them.

More transparency into hires and departures, spend more time on executive hiring and coach or remove toxic leaders

Nobody asked me to do free work (i.e. a "project"). They were very respectful of my time and were good enough interviewers to simply ask the right questions.

The pace of the interview process was fast and also balanced that with a case study so they could see how we would actually work together.

We had to bring real ideas to the table and discussed them in depth.
