The best part really is the employee discount. This doesn't mean its not a decent job with fair compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation could be better if considerate.

More pay for the amount of work

Looking at cutting edge companies and how they compensate and increase morale/productivity. Picking one or two to implement.

Nos exigen demasiado y no nos dan casi nada a cambio. Parace mas explotacion

Note to sure what or how to say it

Pay raise to a fair amount and better PTO

I feel like the job expectations are more than I'm compensated for.

Salary need to higher to function in life.

Get more than minimum wage since the cashiers keep the store moving. Half of our day of requests are denied. Barely any vacation or time off when managers go on vacation semi regularly

Get paid minimum wage, to work a job that is constantly busy. Where customers scream at you, and occasionally throw items at you.

No growth. No promotions. We could use more money.

Other stores of the same type pay their cashiers $12 per hour. I was promoted to Customer service lead nearly a year ago and I'm still paid the same as when I was a cashier $9 per hour. Management dumps a hundred tasks and responsabilities on me and it's not worth the pay.

More pay like $12-14 an hour would be perfect

Im not even sure I know what my benefits are.

I have another job that my part time

Not being paid for what I'm worth, increase pay

Review from Customer Support Dept

Work load is doubled and pay doesn't go up. As a csl I make 25 cents more then the cashier's with twice the workload

Review from Customer Support Dept

I worked very hard, but then caught corona at the job and provided them with proof of the test and they did not compensate me for the missed 2 weeks.

No one makes the same but everyone does the same work or more . I wasnt told a position been free balling ( working in every department ) even keeping shortages down. But never get recommendations for the merchandise returned From the theft.

Never any hours available, my managers have the i.q. levels of small children playing in a bouncy house.
