How employees describe working at C-SPAN
Actually listening and taking feedback. They are very stuck in in their old ways and put too much emphasis on hierarchy to the point nothing gets done on time.
Based on my almost 20 years at C-SPAN, I find that even though C-SPAN probably considers itself objective most employees who work at C-SPAN are more liberal in their personal lives and political viewpoints and convictions. Most people there are very opposed to Trump.
