
Reduce the fluff, there are many roles and teams that are created to solve a problem but they really just create issues and noise. Examples Customer Success Teams, Marketing Huddles, UX teams etc
let people do their job, innovate, fail and don't punish. There is a risk aversion that can only change top down
Get rid of hypocrisy and cronyism. More straight talks. We are slowly getting there on the latter point.
Remove strict governance that shackles creativity... being people into the process. Remove bauerecuracy within the corporate marketing department.
Ask the employees what they need to succeed. Instead of treating them like puppets on a string.
I would not change the culture.
