The benefits are fairly standard large company benefits. They have moved to an unlimited PTO policy which is actually worse because you have to then get managers permission. They now have new pet packs.
All of them and a few you would never imagine like pet insurance and 3 days off for pet bonding, but with Broadcom all that is gone.
