Leadership team communicates pretty well and sets expectations that can be reached. I've enjoyed working here because of the management team we have in place at our store.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The part that keeps me here is that we are offered vacation time after a year of working. EVEN PART TIME. I'm not sure with Bass buying us out if this will remain but for now I'm content with it.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our coworkers that are new hires need to be trained that we all work as a team. Most that are hired now come in with high and mighty attitudes. We need to take knowledge from each individual and learn from each other. Build each other up and work for the same goal.
